Pokémon Delta Reign: UK release date and pre-orders
Delta Reign is the sixth main expansion of the Mega Evolution series and the last main set of 2026. It releases in English on 6 November 2026. At the time of writing it is not out, so this page covers what has been announced, what has not, and how to buy it at UK retail when it arrives.
What Delta Reign is
Mega Evolution: Delta Reign is the English release of the Japanese set Storm Emeralda. Its mascot is Mega Rayquaza ex. The set introduces Legendary Stadiums, which are Stadium cards that come in pairs; a pack that contains one half of a pair contains both.
The card count is not settled. Published sources give different figures, so we are not printing one until the set list is final. Both figures on offer are well under the 295 of Ascended Heroes, so expect a normal-sized main expansion.

Pokémon Center's own estimated release page lists a "Mega Evolution ME6 (Winter)" entry for November 2026, which lines up with the same set.
The product line
Announced so far:
- Booster box. Packs only, sold as a display.
- Elite Trainer Box. With a Kyogre illustration rare promo.
- Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box. The official-store version, sold only through Pokémon Center UK.
- Booster bundle. A small box of packs.
- Build & Battle Box. The prerelease kit.
- Seel blister.
- Spritzee checklane blister.
- Premium checklane blisters.
No premium collection has been listed at the time of writing. The list may grow before November; the sets before it all gained a collector box around launch.
The sensible buy
Nothing changes because the set is new. The booster bundle is the cheapest all-pack item. The Elite Trainer Box is the sealed pick, and the Kyogre promo is the part that is exclusive to it. The Pokémon Center ETB is the collector version with a fixed supply and the queue in front of it.
The only new consideration is the pre-order. A pre-order at RRP costs you nothing extra and saves you a launch-day scramble. A pre-order above RRP is a reseller booking your money against stock they do not hold yet. Are Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes worth it covers why the RRP is the whole test.
Chase cards
Unverified. The set is not out, and we do not list chase cards for a set nobody has opened.
What we can say is the pattern. In the three main Mega Evolution sets before it, the mascot's special illustration rare and Mega hyper rare took two of the three top spots: Mega Zygarde in Perfect Order, Mega Greninja in Chaos Rising, Mega Darkrai in Pitch Black. Mega Rayquaza ex is the mascot here. That is a pattern, not a price, and it is not a reason to pay a premium for sealed product.
UK retail and RRP

The pattern across the Mega Evolution series is consistent: Elite Trainer Boxes at £49.99 at Smyths and £50.00 at Argos, booster bundles at £24.99 at Smyths. Expect the same bracket, and hold any pre-order to it. We will update this page when UK listings appear.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are the main way to buy a new set at RRP without fighting for launch stock. Two things to know.
Pokémon Center UK has specific rules. Pre-orders take cards only, not PayPal, Apple Pay or gift cards. Each pre-order item needs its own order, kept separate from in-stock items. UK chains run pre-orders on their own terms and may not open them for every product. Smyths, Argos and Amazon UK are the ones to check. Read the terms on the page, because a pre-order that charges at launch behaves differently from one that charges at order.
Do not pre-order from a third party at a premium. The set will be in print from day one.
Sealed versus open
Delta Reign will be in print from 6 November, and main expansions are printed to demand. Sealed product will have a ceiling at retail price for as long as that is true. Buy it at RRP to open or to sell into short gaps. How to buy at retail now
- Pre-order at RRP where a retailer opens it, and only at RRP.
- Accounts ready at Smyths, Argos, Tesco, Amazon UK and Pokémon Center UK before November.
- Bookmark the product pages as soon as they exist.
- One order per retailer. Limits are enforced and duplicates get cancelled.
