Pokémon advent calendars split into two kinds: the ones with real trading cards inside and the ones with figures, erasers or Funko Pops. People searching for one usually want the first kind, the official Pokémon TCG Holiday Calendar. At the time of writing, 1 September 2026, that calendar had not been announced for 2026.
The 2026 position

Argos and Tesco
Argos lists a Pokémon advent calendar at £30.00 under its Christmas range. It is a stationery calendar, erasers, sharpeners and mini toys, with no cards. We found no TCG Holiday Calendar on Argos.
Tesco had no Pokémon advent calendar listing that we could find for 2025 or 2026. Tesco sells Pokémon cards, and Tesco Pokémon cards covers that, but a calendar is not on its site.
For the official calendar, the 2025 stockists were Smyths, Amazon UK and Pokémon Center UK. Those are the three to watch if a 2026 edition is announced.
Why they sell out before December
The official calendar is a seasonal product with one launch a year, and past editions launched in late August or early September. So the supply arrives in autumn and the demand is Christmas demand.
Resellers add to it. Six booster packs and eight stamped promos for £49.99 is a bundle that resells on its own contents, and a calendar is a natural December sale. The stamped promos only exist in that year's calendar, which is the same mechanism that carries an Elite Trainer Box after its set leaves print.
The figure calendars have no fixed-supply card inside, restock like any toy and rarely command a premium. There is no reason to buy one early.
